Jackie has been involved in the sports and fitness world her whole life. She played multiple different sports growing up but played volleyball through college. Jackie comes to us from a collegiate strength and conditioning coaching background. She holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Midwestern State University. Jackie also holds the honor as being the first female collegiate strength and conditioning coach at Midwestern State University and moved from there to coach at The University of Texas. While she was at Midwestern she worked with eleven Division II men’s and women’s teams and five Division I teams at University of Texas. Her specialty is sports specific training and will enhance performance through strength, power, speed,and agility coaching. Jackie has had the privilege of coaching a wide range of athletes from the NFL, USA Volleyball, to the beginner tri-athlete and everyone in between.
