Ramsay first took hatha yoga classes to cross-train--to undo the impact of sports like running and cycling. She soon discovered that practicing yoga yielded so much more than mere physical benefits--that yoga had a profound ability to shape the mind and to lift the spirit as well as to balance the physical body. She's been hooked ever since--
Ramsay has been lucky enough to learn from several great teachers, including Baron Baptiste, Peggy Kelly, and currently, anusara aficionado, Christina Sell. Ramsay's classes tend towards flow and usually involve a fair blend of challenge and relaxation. Come join the fun!
