INTENSE, CHALLENGING WORKOUTS FOR MODERATE+ FITNESS LEVELS (NOT FOR THE BEGINNER) * SMALL GROUP OUTDOOR TRAINING * FULL BODY METABOLIC CONDITIONING * EXPLOSIVE, POWERFUL, STRENGTH TRAINING * INCREASE ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, AGILITY, SPORT SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE * TRAINING WILL INVOLVE BUT SET NO LIMITS: BOX JUMPS, STAIRS, PULL UPS, PLYOMETRICS, OLYMPIC LIFTING, OVERSPEED TRAINING, SPEED WORK, BODYWEIGHT TRAINING, SPORT SPECIFIC DRILLS. * TRAIN OUTDOORS.
No major joint issues, debilitating injuries, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure or other serious health risks.Must be able to complete 40 sit-ups under 2 minutes, 40 push-ups under 2 minutes (modified for women), 1 mile run in less than 10 minutes.
