My name is Ryon Talbot. I am a personal trainer, cycling instructor and triathlete. Although I specialize in training endurance athletes I have helped numerous people realize their personal goals by shaping the way they approach exercise, nutrition, and recovery. Whether you are new to weights and/or cardiovascular conditioning or a seasoned athlete a personalized program can be developed to help you get stronger, look leaner, and be more physically fit than you have ever been before.

Who is your #1 sports idol? Chris McCormack - who is now the 2008 Ironman Champion! and is also a long-time short course triathlon champion
Favorite things to do? Drink Coffee, go to college football/basketball/games (UT or my school... The University of Idaho)
