Jodi Jones
Jodi graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 where she lettered four years with the cross country and track teams. During her athletic career at Texas, Jodi helped guide the Longhorns to the 2002 and 2003 NCAA Cross Country Championships. In 2003 she helped deliver a first-place team finish at the South Central Regional Championships, the first in fifteen years at Texas. On the track, she contributed conference efforts in the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters.
Jodi’s lifelong passion for health and fitness drove her into the direction of personal training. Shortly after graduating from Texas, she became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Jodi specializes in overall fitness training, sport-specific training, and youth training. In addition, her experiences in distance running have guided her in training women and men of all fitness levels for the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon.
Jodi is dedicated to educating, motivating, and helping individuals lead a healthy, active lifestyle. She designs programs to meet the unique needs of her clients and creates challenging and fun workouts to assist individuals in achieving their goals. Jodi’s philosophy is overall wellness—living a life of balance physically, mentally, and spiritually through healthy choices.
